Information

  • Official VAT 20% is included in the registration fees.
  • *Residents / Fellows / Trainees / Nurses must submit a statement signed by their Head of Department or a proof of their status on site at the registration desk.
  • ** Number of seats is limited to 32
  • *** Number of seats is limited to 40/day, 120 in total
  • **** Number of seats is limited to 16
  • All participants and attendants must be registered. The above registration fees include entrance to the scientific meetings and exhibition area, congress bag, final program, name badge, coffee breaks and lunches at the congress venue.

 

  • All registrations are confirmed upon full payment of the registration fees. You can finalize your registration via the online Registration & Accommodation System by online credit card payment or bank transfer. If case you pay by a bank transfer, please send the receipt of payment to the congress secretariat via e-mail  in order to get confirmation of the registration.

 

  • First come, first served basis will be applied for pre-congress workshop registrations. The registration for courses will only be accepted upon vacancy.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellations will be valid if notified in writing to the organization secretariat at info@sergsmail.org
  • For cancellations received until April 30, 2017 a penalty fee of 20 euros will be applied.
  • From May 1st until May, 31 2017 50% of total amount cancelled will be charged as penalty fee.
  • From June 1, 2017 onwards, no cancellation will be accepted and there will be no refunds.
  • All refunds will be processed in one month process after the congress.
